RAW Preview: Piper Hosting, Huge Main Event, New Theme Song

Tonight’s edition of WWE Raw takes place at the World’s Most Famous Arena, Madison Sqaure Garden in New York City.

WWE Hall of Famer Rowdy Roddy Piper will be the special guest host for tonight’s show. WWE originally reached out to Hulk Hogan to be the host, but Hogan opted to sign with TNA instead. NBC late night TV host Jimmy Fallon was WWE’s second choice, but he was unable to commit due to a scheduling conflict.

Tonight’s Raw will feature a brand new opening video package and theme song - "Burn it to the Ground" by rock band Nickelback. WWE taped footage for the opening video package two weeks ago at the last live Raw.

The following matches have been announced for Raw:

* Big Show & Chris Jericho vs. Shawn Michaels and Triple H vs. Undertaker and John Cena in a three-way tag match. No word yet on whether JeriShow’s titles will be on the line.

* WWE Divas champion Melina defending against Alicia Fox
